1993-94 Annual General Plan Review: Case No. 93-154
GPA/EIA. Applicant initiated General Plan Amendment and
Rezone request to change the General Plan designation
from Residential 1.01 2.00 Units/Acre and Zone
Classification of Rural Residential 2 (RR-2) to a
designation of Office Professional and Zone
Classification of Office Professional (OP). The property
is located at 2122 Encinitas Boulevard. Environmental
Status: Negative Declaration Pending. Contact Planner:
Craig Jones.
Board members unanimously supported the proposed General
Plan amendment and zone change to Office professional,
