RESOLUTION NO. 91-12
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT
APPOINTING DISTRICT COUNSEL
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the CARDIFF
SANITATION DISTRICT, that the firm of KRAUEL & KRAUEL is hereby
appointed as its District Counsel for the CARDIFF SANITATION
DISTRICT.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that effective January 1,1991, KRAUEL
& KRAUEL will be compensated at the rate of $105 per hour for
services rendered.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that KRAUEL & KRAUEL will be reimbursed
for expenses incurred for authorized travel.
