permit for 88-297-DR for one single family dwelling unit is hereby
approved subject to the following findings:
1.
2.
That the projection out of the building envelope does
not significantly impact the views of adj acent
properties, in that the project takes advantage of views
and/or protects, to the extent possible some of the
significant view enj oyed by the residents of nearby
properties, since there are no properties directly
adjacent to the site that presently have significant
views to the east through the site and the structure is
located so as to still allow some view through a portion
of the site and sone of the significant view of adjacent
properties is still maintained.
That the project is compatible in structural size (bulk
and mass) to adjacent properties and neighborhood, since
the proposed structure is of an similar size and bulk as
are several other dwelling units in the same vicinity.
BE IT ALSO RESOLVED that the Design Review Permit is approved
