RESOLUTION NO. OL-88-017
A RESOLUTION OF THE OLIVENHAIN
COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD APPROVING A
DESIGN REVIEW PERMIT MODIFICATION FOR PROPERTY OF THE
NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 13 SOUTH,
RANGE 3 WEST, SAN BERNARDINO MERIDIAN,
CITY OF ENCINITAS,
COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS,
Shea Homes,
Inc.
applied for a Design Review
Permit Modification to Resolution No. OL-87-016 for fencing for
71 single family residences on 2 acre lots as per Chapter
23.08 the Design Review Ordinance of the City of Encinitas;
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted on the application
by the Olivenhain community Advisory Board on May 3, 1988, and
all persons desiring to be heard were heard; and
WHEREAS, evidence was submitted and considered to include
without limitation:
a.
site plan submitted by the applicant;
written information submitted with the application;
Oral testimony from staff, applicant, and public made
a part of the record at said public hearing;
CAB staff report (88-143-DRM) dated April 28, 1988,
which is on file in the office of Planning and
Community Development; and
Additional written documentation.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Olivenhain community
Advisory Board of the City of Encinitas that the Design
Review
Permit Modification (88-143-DRM) is hereby approved subject to
the following findings:

That the proposed

14 lots of Phase I.
That the pilasters are not approved and are deleted
from the approved fencing design.
