RESOLUTION NO. OL-87-014
8 A RESOLUTION OF THE
OLIVENHAIN COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD OF
THE CITY OF ENCINITAS
DENYING A TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP (87-008 TPM)
FOR THE PROPERTY BEING A PORTION OF LOTS 8l AND 81A
OF COLONY OLIVENHAIN, MAP 326, TOGETHER WITH PORTIONS
OF "B", AND "C", AND 13TH STREETS ALL
WITHIN SECTION 7, T13S, R3W, SBM
WHEREAS, Stephen Robins applied for a Tentative Parcel Map
for a division of an 2.56 acre lot into four parcels of .60,
.74, .64, and .58 of an acre for property of a portion of Lot
19, Rancho Las Encinitas, Map 848, also being portions of lots 81
and 81A of Colony Olivenhain, Map 326, together with portions of
"B" and "C", and 13th Streets all within Section 7, T13S, R3W,
SBM for the purpose of creating 4 single family residential lots;
. and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted by the Olivenhain
Community Advisory Board on the referenced request in the form
and manner required by law on September 8, 1987, and all persons
desiring to be heard were heard.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Olivenhain Community
Advisory Board of the City of Encinitas, that the proposed
Tentative Parcel Map 87-008 TPM, is hereby denied without
prejudice and that the reapplication fee is hereby waived and
that denial is based upon the following findings:
A. That the proposed map is not consistent with all elements of the
Ci ty of Encini tas General Plan and with the land use
designation of the General Plan since it proposes a single
8 family residential development with no reservation for
County Highway SA 680 presently existing on the Circulation

a B. That the site is not physically suitable for the proposed
- residential density of development since no provision has
been made for the 100' reservation required for SA 680.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September} 1987, by the
following vote, to wit:
Ayes: Boardmembers DuVivier, Bobbitt, Fernald and Tutoli
Nays: None
Absent: Boardmember Trujillo
Abstain: None
