WHEREAS, a public hear ing was conducted by the Olivenhain
Community Advisory Board on the referenced request in the form
and manner required by law on September 8, 1987, and all persons
desiring to be heard were heard.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Olivenhain Community
Advisory Board of the City of Encinitas, that the proposed
Tentative Parcel Map TPM18962, is hereby denied without prejudice
and that the reapplication fee is hereby waived and that denial
is based upon the following findings:
A. That the proposed map is not consistent with all elements of the
City of Encinitas General Plan and with the land use
8 designation of the General Plan since it proposes a single
family residential development with no reservation for
LN/hz/CM4-441 (10-8-87)
County Highway SA 680 presently existing on the Circulation
Element of the City of Encinitas General Plan.
- B. That the site is not physically suitable for the proposed
residential density of development since no provision has
been made for the 100' reservation required for SA 680.
