RESOLUTION NO. OL-87-010
8 A RESOLUTION OF THE OLIVENHAIN
COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD APPROVING A
DESIGN REVIEW PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF ENCINITAS BOULEVARD
AND MANCHESTER AVENUE
OLIVENHAIN
WHEREAS, Exxon Co. applied for a Design review permit for
the landscape plan and relocation of service aisles and garage
structure as required on Major Use Permit P85-085 approval
resolution, and Chapter 23.08 of the Municipal Code regarding
Design Review;
WHEREAS, the Olivenhain Community Advisory Board held a
public hearing as required by law on July 2í, 1987, and all
persons desiring to be heard were heard; and
WHEREAS, evidence was submitted and considered to include
8 without limitation:
a. site plan submitted by the applicant;
b. Written information submitted with the application;
c. Oral testimony from Staff, applicant, and public made a
part of the record at said public hearing;
d. CAB staff report dated July 21, 1987, which is
incorporated by this reference as though full setforth
herein; and
e. Additional written documentation.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Olivenhain Community
Advisory Board of the City of Encinitas that the Design Review
permit for the landscaping plan and relocation of the service
aisles and garage structure is hereby approved subject to the
8 following findings:

1. That the proposed project is in conformance with
the intent of Section 23.08.72 of the Design Review
8 Ordinance;
2. That the proposed project is in conformance with the
intent of section 23.08.72 of the Design Review
Ordinance; and
3. That the proposed proj ect is in conformance with the
intent of Section 23.08.77 of the Design Review
Ordinance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of July, 1987, by the
following vote, to wit:
Ayes: Boardmembers: Trujullo, DuVivier, Fernald, and Tutoli
Nays: None
Absent: Boardmember Bobbitt
Abstain: None
