RESOLUTION NO. OL-3-87
8 A RESOLUTION OF THE OLIVENHAIN CAB OF
THE CITY OF ENCINITAS APPROVING A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
FOR RANDY AND KRISTINA LANG, B87-0054
WHEREAS, a request for a Lot Line Adjustment has been
submitted by Randy and Kristina Lang as required by the Government
Code;
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted on the application on
May 19, 1987, and those persons desiring to be heard were heard;
and
WHEREAS, the CAB considered:
1. Application B87-0054;
2. Staff report dated May 19, 1987;
3. Oral information submitted at hearing; and
8 4. Written information submitted at hearing.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Olivenhain CAB of the
City of Encinitas hereby approves the Lot Line Adjustment for
Parcels A & B of the attached Plat Map (Exhibit I), subj ect to
the following condition:
1. That a Record of Survey Map for the Lot Line Adjustment
be filed with the County in accordance with the City
Subdivision Ordinance requirements.
