RESOLUTION No. O-l-87
8 A RESOLUTION OF THE OLIVENHAIN CAB
APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO A MINOR USE PERMIT
FOR 202 RANCHO SANTA FE ROAD
WHEREAS, an application for a modification to Minor Use Permit
ZAP-047W to allow an existing fence on the Northern boundary of the
property to remain and be designated temporary in its present
location was filed by Marjorie H. Rapoza at 202 Rancho Santa Fe
Road;
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted on the application on
May 5, 1987; and
WHEREAS, the CAB considered:
1. Application ZAP 85-047W;
2. Staff report dated May 5, 1987;
3. Oral information submitted at hearing; and
8 4. Written information submitted at hearing.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the modification to Minor
Use Permit ZAP 85-047W is hereby approved subject to the following
conditions:
1. That Condition No. 4 be added to Minor Use Permit ZAP 85-
047W stating that the existing chain link fence located
on the northern boundary of the site at 202 Rancho Santa
Fe Road be allowed to remain in its present location as a
temporary fence;
2. That the fence shall be relocated in accordance with the
standards set forth in the Zoning Ordinance in effect at
such time as the existing private road is ever widened;
and
3. The applicant shall execute a covenant in a form
satisfactory to the Director, setting forth the terms and
conditions of the modification to the Minor Use Permit.
