CASE NUMBER: 91-039 DR APPLICANT: North County Transit District LOCATION: West side of Vulcan Avenue from Encinitas . Blvd. to south of E. Street (may extend to F Street for parking.) 8 DESCRIPTION: Proposal to construct a commuter rail/bus transit station. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Determination of Environmental Status Pending. This is a special Community Advisory Board workshop for initial review and comment on proposed plans for a transit station. The Community Advisory Board will convene at the station site just north of D Street, at 9:00 a.m. for a site reconnaissance. This portion of the workshop is intended to provide Community Advisory Board and public familiarity with the proposed site. After a break, the Community Advisory Board will reconvene at 11:00 a.m. in the City Council Chambers, to receive a formal staff report, accept public testimony, and provide discussion. A final decision on this project will not be made by the Community Advisory Board at this meeting.
