information and clarification.

and project team.
2. Discussion for clarification purposes only, no
opinions are to be expressed by participants. Formal
hearing at 11:00 A.M. in City Council Chamber.
3. Walking the site to assist in visualizing the project
in relationship to surroundings.
c. Adjourn the 9:00 A.M. meeting to 11:00 hearing to be held
at City Council Chambers, 535 Encinitas Blvd.

Meeting to be adjourned to the next regularly scheduled
meeting to be held Thursday, March 28, 1991.

It is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Saturday
the 16th day of March 1991, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon as possible
thereafter, by the Old Encini tas Community Advisory Board to
discuss the following hearing item:

ENVIRONMENTAL
STATUS: Determination of Environmental Status
Pending.
This is a special Community Advisory Board workshop for
initial review and comment on proposed plans for a
transit station. The Community Advisory Board will
convene at the station site just north of D Street, at
9:00 a.m. for a site reconnaissance. This portion of the
workshop is intended to provide Community Advisory Board
and public familiarity with the proposed site. After a
break, the Community Advisory Board will reconvene at
11:00 a.m. in the City Council Chambers, to receive a
formal staff report, accept public testimony, and provide
discussion.
A final decision on this project will not be made by the
Community Advisory Board at this meeting. Final
consideration will be scheduled and advertised for a
following date.
