project site.
B. Anthony Terso discussed grading/retaining wall issues at

A. Approval of Minutes from meeting(s) of: August 29, 1991

port with a garage, and for a 7 ft. high
wall in rear yard to expand usable yard
area

STATUS: Exempt per section 15301(e) of CEQA
Motion: Board Member cartwright - To approve Case No. 91-104V
with staff recommendations and the additional condition:
1. Prior to Building Permit issuance, the applicant shall
resolve any issues regarding street sight distance from
garage to the satisfaction of the Public Works
Department.

DESCRIPTION: Request to rezone existing business
park/industrial property from BP
(Business Park) to LI (Light Industrial)
ENVIRONMENTAL
STATUS: Pending
Note: A majority of the Board recommended without Motion that
the zoning designation not be changed from BP to LI, but that
additional uses be permitted in the BP Zone to be consistent
with existing uses on the site. A minority of the Board did
recommend the zone change, but that in addition, some changes
in permitted uses be made to restrict the more impacting uses
from the site.

LOCATION: 320 Neptune
DESCRIPTION: Variance to encroach 14 ft into a
required 25 ft front yard setback for a
2nd story deck. In addition, a variance
is requested to exceed the maximum
allowable lot coverage as a result of the
deck proposal.
