A. Approval of Minutes from meeting of: April 11, 1991.
Motion: Board Member cartwright - To accept and adopt the
Consent Calendar with the following revisions:
Items 6A, 7A, 7B, and 7C were moved to the Consent
Calendar for approval with the note that Item 6A
was to be continued to the May 16,1991, meeting of
8 the Old Encinitas CAB.
