1. Case No. 93-221 MUP/V, Major Use Permit for remodel of an
existing church main entrance facade, and Variance for a
proposed classroom building within the required rear yard
setback. Applicant: Seaside Presbyterian Church. Location:
367 La Veta Avenue. Environmental Status: Exempt pursuant to
Section 15301 (e) of CEQA., Contact Planner: Tom Curriden.
Staff Recommendation: Receive public tpstimony and recommend
to Planning Commission approval of Case No. 93-221 MUP/V.

single family residence to encroach into the required rear and
side yard setbacks of the R-5 zone. Applicant: Peak.
Location: 847 Arden Drive. Environmental Status: Exempt
pursuant to Section 15301 (e) of CEQA. Contact Planner: Tom
Curriden.
Staff Recommendation: Receive public testimony and adopt the
draft resolution, denying Case No. 93-227 V.
