1. Case No. 93-215 V, Variance for an addition to an existing
single family residence to be attached to an existing detached
garage/pool house which currently encroaches into the required
side and rear yard setbacks of the R-5 zone. Applicant:
William and Jill Sommer. Location: 726 Arden Drive.
Environmental Status: Exempt pursuant to Section 15301 (e) of
CEQA. Contact Planner: Matt Newman.
Staff Recommendation: Receive public testimony and adopt the
draft resolution approving Case No. 93-215 v.
