railroad right-of-way in the Downtown Old Encinitas area.
Applicant: North County Transit District. Location: West
. side of Vulcan Avenue between Encini tas Boulevard and E
Street. Environmental Status: EIR Certified by NCTD lead
agency; City acting as responsible agency. Contact Planner:
Craig Jones.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Consider recommendation of
approval to Planninq Commission and City Council.

be held Thursday, September 17, 1992.
