CASE NUMBER: 91-212 TM/EIA/V APPLICANT: Beck Properties LOCATION: 209 Saxony Road DESCRIPTION: Tentative Parcel Map and Environmental Review for a proposed 40-lot subdivision of an existing 12.6 gross acre parcel in the R-5 zone presently containing greenhouses. In addition, a variance is requested to enable structures on two cul-de-sac lots to encroach into the required front yard setback. Planned residential Development which includes clustering of homes with an open space easement on the east side of the site adjacent to Quail Botanical Gardens. b. Standard subdivision with view corridor analysis taken from five feet above elevation of parking area and undeveloped portion of park to the north. (2) Explore the CAB's desire for an open space buffer zone between the proposed residential lots and Quail Botanical Gardens to the east. (3) Provide a listing of vegetation which would be compatible with the vegetation within Quail Gardens.
