record reciprocal access and maintenance agreements

property adjacent to the west (APN#258-111-07) and

parking areas located on that adjacent site to the
satisfaction of the Community Development and Public
Works Departments.

meeting of the Old Encinitas CAB to allow for the applicant
to address the following issues:

1. Provide additional guest parking in the development.
8 2. Increase the setbacks between buildings to at least a 10
ft. separation.
3. Increase the front setback of the buildings to enable
large cars to park in the driveways without extending
into the street.
4. Redesign the front elevations of the buildings to provide
a more varied treatment for the garage doors.
5. Identify the types of shrubs and bushes proposed for the
development.
6.' Provide more detail with the design of the entryway arch.
7. Verify that the traffic report took into account traffic
on Requeza west of the freeway in the development traffic
analysis.
