Motion: Board Member Birnbaum - To continue Case No. 90-162
TPM/V to the November 29, 1990 meeting of the Old
Encinitas CAB to allow time for the applicant to
complete environmental review. The Board favors
approval of Case No. 90-162 TPM/V as proposed
pending the outcome of Environmental Review.

8 A. Approval of Minutes from meeting of: September 27,1990.
1. The motion of Case No. 88-367 DR/EIA should be
revised as follows:
Condition No.4 should read: liThe applicant should
take a closer look at the topography of the slope
fronting on Encinitas Blvd. and do not install lawn
if grade is greater than 3:1."
2. The motion of Case No. 90-134 MUP/EIA should be
revised as follows:
A condition should be added to read: liThe applicant
shall bring the park designer to the next meeting
on this case to enable the Board to ask technical
questions about the design of the park."
B. Approval of Resolution No. OE 90-22, Case No. 89-256
DR/EIA (Pacific Scene).
1. No revision of this Resolution was made by the
Board.
