Attempt to break-up building mass - Provide story poles on site along with story pole plan; 2. Provide greater variation in the roof line; 3. Attempt to make the building conform more with site topography, or set the building further into the slope; 4. Address the CAB I S concern about the large retaining walls shown along Encinitas Blvd; 5. Revise landscape plan to provide greater visual buffer to the building; 6. Provide plan showing how circulation will work in this busy area during the construction phase. Motion: Board Member Peter Tobias - To continue the application to September 27, 1990, in order to allow the applicant to address the following concerns of the CAB: 1. Reduce building mass of proposed structures which fill the building envelope; 2. Create a building mass and style which is more in keeping with the existing community character; 3. Consider reducing by 1/2 the area of sod within the front yard areas (replace with groundcover); 4. Consider the installation of parkways; 5.
