MIN with staff recommendations and the additional conditions:
8 1. The applicant shall plant 2-15 gallon Eucalyptus trees
in the front yard west of the proposed addition.
2. The applicant shall plant 1-15 gallon Eucalyptus tree in
the side yard at the southwest corner of the addition or,
if an alternative planting is proposed, 1-36 box tree of
another species which at maturity is at least 30 feet in
height.
