TPM to the July 26, 1990 meeting of the Old
Encinitas community Advisory Board to allow time
for the applicant to redesign lots 2, 3 and 4 with
a common driveway. The applicant shall also retain
all mature trees fronting on Westlake.

Informational Items - No action to be taken.
A. Discussion of proposed zoning Code Amendment, Case No.
8 90-079 ZOA. Consideration of modifying side yard
setback requirement in all zones for existing developed
parcels.
The Board discussed concerns about Zoning Code Amendment
90-079 ZOA. Board Member Birnbaum will submit a letter
to City Council regarding concerns.
B. Report on Commuter Rail Station project status.
