Items on the Consent Calendar are matters which are either routine, self explanatory or have been
discussed at previous meetings. It is anticipated they will not be discussed separately. With a
motion "to adopt the Consent Calendar" the Community Advisory Board approves all Consent
Calendar staff recommendations, as shown on the agenda. These items are grouped together to
allow time for other items on the regular agenda.
However, items may be removed from the Consent Calendar for discussion either by a "Request to
Speak" fonn from the public, handed to staff, or a request by a Board Member.
Items removed by a member of the public will be taken up immediately following adoption of the
Consent Calendar. Items removed by a Board Member will be taken up at the end of the regular
agenda.
CLOSING AND ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting of November 2, 1995.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Adopt the Consent Calendar approving the Minutes of
the November 2, 1995 regular meeting and approving Final Parcel Map 89-287..
ITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT CALENDAR BY THE PUBLIC
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS (15 MINUTES)
Oral comments (maximum of three minutes per person) will be heard from people who submit a
white speaker's slip to staff. The law precludes the Board from discussing or taking action upon
such non-agenda items. They will be referred to the Planning Staff.

3. Public hearing for a proposed Major Use Pennit Modification and Coastal Development
Pennit for addition of four modular classrooms on the site of an existing church complex,
along with related site improvements including landscaping and an additional parking area.
CASE NUMBER: 95-247 MUPMOD/CDP/; APPLICANT: Seacoast Community
Church; LOCATION: 1050 Regal Rd.; ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Exempt
. pursuant to Section 15301 (e2) of the State CEQA Guidelines.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Disclose all additional infonnation upon which the
decision will be based, receive public testimony, and recommend that the Planning
Commission adopt the draft resolution approving Case # 95-247 MUPMOD/CDP.
