It is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Thursday,
the 23rd day of February, 1995, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon as
possible thereafter, by the Old Encinitas community Advisory Board

DESCRIPTION: Design Review for exterior modifications to a
portion of the existing Lumberyard commercial
center along with remodel of an outdoor
seating/dining area.
ENVIRONMENTAL
STATUS: Exempt from environmental review pursuant to
section 15301 of the California Environmental
Quality Act (CEQA).
