CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS / PROCLAMATIONS * * * * * Items on the Consent Calendar are matters which are either routine, self explanatory or have been discussed at previous meetings. It is 8 anticipated they will not be discussed separately. with a motion "to adopt the Consent Calendar" the Community Advisory Board approves all Consent Calendar staff recommendations, as shown on the agenda. These items are grouped together to allow time for other items on the regular agenda. However, items may be removed from the Consent Calendar for discussion either by a "Request to Speak" form from the public, handed to staff, or a request by a Board Member. Items removed by a member of the public will be taken up immediately following adoption of the Consent Calendar. Items removed by a Board Member will be taken up at the end of the regular agenda. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Adopt the Consent Calendar Approving the Minutes of December 22, 1994. ITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT CALENDAR BY THE PUBLIC 8 cd/DSL/OEO11995.AG (1/13/95) -1- ORAL COMMUNICATIONS (15 MINUTES) 8 Oral comments (maximum of three minutes per person) will be heard from people who submit a white speaker's slip to staff. The law precludes the Board from discussing or taking action upon such non-agenda items. They will be referred to the Planning staff. REGULAR AGENDA 2. Public Hearing for a Tentative Map, Design Review, Minor Use Permit and Environmental Initial Assessment application for a proposed office building complex to include nine, one-story and two-story, buildings on individual 10,000 square foot (minimum) lots with shared access and parking. CASE NUMBER: 94-199 TM/DR/MIN/EIA; APPLICANT: Alesco Development; LOCATION: 344 Encinitas Blvd.; ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Negative Declaration Recommended; Staff Contact: Assistant Planner Langager. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive public testimony, review the project and recommend that the Planning Commission adopt the draft Resolution approving Case No. 94-199 TM/DR/MIN/EIA. Discussion of selecting a representative from the Old Encinitas CAB to attend the city Council meeting of February 22, 1994 to present the CAB determination regarding Case No. 94-199 MUP/EIA. ADJOURNMENT Meeting to be adjourned to the next regularly scheduled meeting to be held Thursday, February 23, 1995. A proponent or protestant of record may appeal a final decision of the hearing body by filing the appeal within fifteen (15) calendar days after the hearing, ten (10) days after the hearing for a Tentative Parcel Map or Tentative Map through the Office of the City Clerk, City of Encinitas, 505 So.
