1. Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting of November 2, 1995.

2. Approval of Final Parcel Map which conforms with Tentative Parcel Map
No. 89-287. Contact Person: Senior Planner Curriden
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Adopt the Consent Calendar approving the Minutes of
September 21, 1995 regular meeting and affirming the Board's previous approval of Case #95-
019 MIN/CDP along with issuing the associated Coastal Development Permit.

Parcel Map pursuant to previously approved Tentative Parcel Map 89-287 TPM and (3)
recommending Planning Commission approval of Case # 95-247 MUPMOD/CDP (Seacoast
Community Church) in accordance with the findings and conditions presented by staff in
the draft resolution.

3. Public hearing for a proposed Major Use Permit Modification and Coastal Development Permit
for addition of four modular classrooms on the site of an existing church complex, along with
related site improvements including landscaping and an additional parking area. CASE
NUMBER: 95-247 MUPMOD/CDP/; APPLICANT: Seacoast Community Church;
LOCATION: 1050 Regal Rd.; ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Exempt pursuant to Section
15301 (e2) of the State CEQA Guidelines.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Disclose all additional information upon which the decision
will be based, receive public testimony, and recommend that the Planning Commission adopt the
draft resolution approving Case # 95-247 MUPMOD/CDP.
