APPLICANT: Michael Cooley (for the Taco Bar)
LOCATION: 138 Encinitas Blvd.
DESCRIPTION: Major Use permit for on-site sale and
consumption of alcoholic beverages in
conjunction with an existing restaurant.
ENVIRONMENTAL
8 STATUS: Exempt pursuant to section 15305 of CEQA
staff Recommendation: Receive public testimony and recommend
that the Planning commission adopt the draft resolution
approving Case # 94-021 MUP.
Motion: Board Member Comeau - To recommend Planning
Commission approval of Case # 94-021 MUP in
accordance with the findings and conditions
presented by staff in the draft resolution.
