F. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS (15 MINUTES)
Oral comments (maximum of three minutes per person) will be heard
from people who submit a white speaker's slip to staff. The law
precludes the Board from discussing or taking action upon such non-
agenda items. They will be referred to the Planning staff.

G. REGULAR AGENDA
1. 1993-94 Annual General Plan Review: Case No. 93-160 GPA/EIA-
Saxony Road and Quail Gardens Drive (City-initiated Plan
Amendment and Rezone Request). Environmental Status:
Negative Declaration Pending. Contact Planner: Craig Jones.
Staff Recommendation: Review report and identify any other
issues that may be relevant for deciding this plan amendment
request. After discussing this item, any comments will be
forwarded to the Planning Commission and City Council.
Board Members inquired about the development potential of APN
. 256-340-31 (Quail Botanical Gardens) under the current plan
designation and zoning of Rural Residential 1, RR-1 and
proposed plan designation and zoning of Ecological
Resource/Open Space/Parks, ER/OS/P and approve Case No. 93-160
GPA/EIA - Saxony Road and Quail Gardens Drive (City-initiated
Plan Amendment/Rezone Request). At the conclusion of the
discussion, the Board members unanimously expressed
concurrence with the proposed General Plan Amendment and zone
change to ER/OS/P.
