Fernald - To continue this item to the February 7,1989 meeting to allow applicant to submi t a study showing the lowering of the road; to review changes to lot 7; to address a natural drainage channel, and to clarify placement of the horse trails. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: N/A NOTE: Item continued from Olivenhain community Advisory Board meeting December 6, 1988. (Because this item is a Conceptual Review Case, no action is necessary.) 9. ITEMS REMOVED FROM CONSENT CALENDAR. 10. MISCELLANEOUS A. Announcement that Diane Langager had a baby girl, Kindal Rose, on January 14, 1989. B. Interpretation or Ordinance 87-80 for slope density 8 regarding Case #88-250 TM/EIA. Staff announced that slopes on approved grading plans are not used in slope density calculations. C. Waiver of Section 23.08.180 of the Design Review Ordinance requiring one year between re-applications (Case #88-143 DRM, Shea Homes' fencing). The Community Advisory Board determined that the individual home owners can design their own fence plans; they are not obligated to take Shea Homes' fence plans and they want to be sure that information is communicated to them. The Community Advisory Board would prefer that the home owners submit their fence plans to staff for review and approval, not the Community Advisory Board. A condition amendment for the original Design Review approval may be necessary. 11. Business from the Olivenhain Community Advisory Board and discussion of characteristics and obj ecti ves unique to the Community. City of Poway's Guide to Trails was circulated. 12. Recommendation of individuals for Planning Commission from applicants residing within the Olivenhain Community Advisory Board area.
