3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS/ANNOUNCEMENTS
Linda Niles announced that this was our first meeting with our
new Community Advisory Board members (Steve Perkins, Kevin
Johnson, and Linda Trujillo) and they need to elect a chair
and vice chair. The Community Advisory Board members decided
to wait until the end of the meeting to hold the election.
Chuck DuVivier had laryngitis and asked Joe Stumpf to act as
chair for this meeting.

to the Planning commission as submitted and ask that
city council not approve any right-of-way vacations

been determined.

to April 4, 1989 to address the following: split level pads
instead of flat pads, custom homes instead of tract homes,
more variety in the roof, paint, and trim, more alternatives
to lot #5, the extent of cut and fill, the addition of
recreation trails, the size of the pads, the grading on lots
10,11, and 14, and the fact that the trees along the road may
be bare during the winter.

10. Business from the Olivenhain Community Advisory Board and
discussion of characteristics and objectives unique to the
Community. The Community Advisory Board members discussed the
issue of gates in Olivenhain. They decided a legal notice and
mailout should be done to notice all Olivenhain residents of
a specific date which they'll discuss gates. They would like
the entire community's input on how they feel about gates.

date (60 days).
