ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Recommended Negative Declaration. Note: Continued from the meeting of June 6, 1989. Motion: Board Member Chuck DuVivier - To approve the tentative Parcel Map with the following conditions: A covenant be signed and recorded stating that after the map is finalled the future homeowners are required to go through Design Review for the construction of their homes which shall be above average in architectural design; the road shall be upgraded and paved to Rancho Santa Fe Road at 24' wide; that the maximum elevation of the home on parcel #l not exceed l52 elevation and on parcel #2 a maximum of l48 elevation; an additional drainage study shall be completed and submitted to 8 the City for approval prior to final recordation; that hydroseeding be utilized for erosion control; street lights be deleted and that there shall be no CC & R's.
