Motion: Board Member Truj illo - To accept and adopt the
Consent Calendar with the following revisions:
Remove the minutes for the meeting of September 5,
1989 from the consent calendar since they are not
completed; add Item 6Dj89-166-DRjV to the consent

of Encinitas.
Kotion: Board Member Trujillo - To continue 89-121-DR to the
meeting of November 7, 1989 to allow the applicant to provide
more information and to address the following issues:
1) provide color/material boards for all schemes proposed
provide more variations in color schemes;
2) consider mixing a variety of street trees to provide
foliage during winter seasons;
3) confirm whether the Fire Department will allow the
planter in the center of the cul-de-sac;
4) consider more differentiation between plan elevations;
5) consider disease issues associated with sycamore trees;
6) address drainage away from the house;
7) address height of structures to the back of the project;
consider staying within the standard height envelope on
Lots 4, 5, 6 and 8.

The minutes for the meeting of September 5, 1989 were removed
from the consent calendar, however, they were not addressed
since they are not completed at this time.
