DESCRIPTION: Design Review for 12 single family dwelling units. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Negative Declaration certified by the City of Encinitas. The proposed residence will not encroach into the 25% slope area. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Exempt per Section 15303, Class 3a of CEQA. 7. ITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT CALENDAR BY COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD The minutes for the meeting of September 5, 1989 were removed from the consent calendar, however, they were not addressed since they are not completed at this time. 8. COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD/PLANNER REPORTS Informational Items - No action to be taken. A. Tennis Court Lighting B. Encroachment into 25% slopes by 20% maximun - Hillside Bluff Ordinance. 9.
