review the following issues:
1) Address the issue of midrange density vs.
maximum densitY/17 lots vs. 27 lots;
2) Address the possibility of converting lots 14,
15, 16, 17, 26 and 27 into open space areas;
3) Address the issue of the secondary access
including review of the "Day alternative";
4) Address the new changes in Cardiff Sanitation
District regulations regarding sewer pumps; and
5) Address and review the trail system proposed
by the Trails Committee.
