Motion by Trujillo, seconded by Fernald, to approve th,; minutes from the meeting of December 8, 1987, with the following revisions: 1) Item 7A: Condition #1 - delete IOD Condition #4 - end sentence with period after right-of- way and delete rest of sentence. Business from the Community Advisory Board and discussion of characteristics and objectives unique to the Olivenhain Community. Motion by Trujillo, seconded by DuVivier, that in review of the General Plan Circulation Element the portion of Lone Jack Road at the intersection of Lone Hill Road be considered to be improved as a split road around the existing grove of trees if necessary due to increased traffic in the future; voted on as follows: Ayes: Trujillo, DuVivier, Fernald, Tutoli, Bobbitt Motion by Tutoli, seconded by Fernald, to send a statement to the General Plan Ad Hoc Committee and the General Plan Consultant indicating that the Olivenhain Community Advisory Board is concerned with the upzoning recommended in Land Use al ternative #3 for Olivenhain, since upzoning is the, opposite of input received from the Olivenhain Town Council' , 8 and the commun~ ty .
