Olivenhain Community Advisory Board regardinç Planning
Commission condition for an opticon-activated gate at the
south€rly end of Lone Hill Lane.
Motion: Bobbitt - to withdraw the appeal of 87-036-THRV by
the Olivenhain community Advisory Board.

Motion: Stumpf - to approve the on-site sign as proposed
to re~ain no longer than 6 months from the date
of issuance of a building permit; and to
continue the rest of the application to allow a
full Community Advisory Review to revie",,' the
design and landscaping; to provide a response
from the City Engineer, Bob Warren, regarding
the berm in the public right-of-way, clarify the
designations for plans which are reversed, and
to clarify the method of height measurement on
lot 11 and other sloped lots.

9. ADJOURNMENT
