Approve 87-197-DR with the follwing conditions:
1) approve temporary berm encroachment into 13th
Street right-of-way for Lot 6; pending submittal
of Road Vacation submittal.
2) defer improvement of sidewalks until the new
General Plan has been approved.
3) approve dwelling sitings with the exceptions of
Lots 1 & 13 until setbacks can be verified, and
driveway length/width reduced and approved by
Staff.
. 4) require rot resistant materials for proposed,
fencing.
5) approve in concept the realignment of driveway
access for Lot 14 to use off-site access
easement.
6) delete the criteria in the proposed CC & R's
which prohibits animals.
