STATUS: Exempt per section 15303 Class 3c of
CEQA
Motion: DuVivier - To approve 88-064-SPRO with the
following conditions:
. 1) Freestanding enctrance sign shall be
reduced in size from 12' X 9'6" to B' X 6':
the bottom edge of the sign face shall be
no more than 2-1/2' to 3' from the ground.
2) The entrance sign shall be placed
perpendicular to Encinitas Blvd.
3) The street address of the subject site
(2146 Encinitas Blvd.) shall be placed on
the entrance sign. The Plaza name may be
removed from the sign face in order to meet
the reduced size and in order to
accommodate the addition of the street
address.
