Item 7E - Add the wording "....and on-site parking" to the end of the first sentence. Item 7F - Double check the tape to see if there was a condition to research the feasibility of the recreational trails being dedicated to San Dieguito Riders; if this was incl uded in the motion, the minutes should be revised accordingly. Porterfield LOCATION: 2135 & 2155 Encinitas Boulevard DESCRIPTION: Major Use Permit Application for a proposed private school in the RR-2 zone. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Recommend certification of a mitigated 8 Negative Declaration. CONTINUED FROM THE MEETING OF APRIL 19, 1988. Motion: DuVivier - To approve 88-061-MUP and 88-061-EIA with the following additional conditions: 1) No more than 60 students will attend the school in any given day; 2) The subject property is to remain in the "R-R" Zone and not become a part of the "e" Zone. 3) The appearance of the site shall be maintained consistent with the residential neighborhood including signing and lighting. 4) A median strip with left turn pockets shall be installed to accommodate the project site and neighboring sites. Motion: Duvivier - To approve 88-110-TPM with the following changes to the conditions of approval: 1) Public Works condition #8 - Add the following wording after the word improvements " limited to . . . . , improvements necessary on Rancho Santa Fe Road alone." 2) Public Works condition #10 - Revise to read as follows: The applicant shall sign an agreement relinquishing access to Rancho Santa Fe Road along Parcel 2. Business from the Olivenhain community Advisory Board and discussion of characteristics and objectives unique to the Community. 8 Motion: DuVivier - To inform the General Plan Ad Hoc Committee that the Olivenhain Community Advisory Board recommends that standards for public and private roads, excluding circulation roads, be a maximum of 24' paved y;ith a40' right-of-way to include a recreational trail.
