8 Meeting Date: Saturday, June 18, 1988
1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Meeting called to order at 2:00 p.m. at the City Council
Conference Room, 535 Encinitas Boulevard.
Present: Fernald, DuVivier, Tutoli
Absent: Stumpf, Bobbit

2. NEW BUSINESS
Community Design Guidelines are part of the General Plan
program. Community Advisory Board comments:
0 No curb section may need some type of berming.
0 Figure III-3 Rancho Santa Fe Drive needs to note the
flexibility of the road design to accommodate any
8 limitations of existing R.O.W., terrain, trees, or
the like. Suggest the 8' left parkway be identified
as "up to 8 feet".
0 Refer to equestrian trail as recreational trail.
0 Remove reference to "painting standard streetlight
fixture".
0 Pete Fletcher opposed the construction of a traffic
circle at Encini tas Boulevard and Rancho Santa Fe
Drive.
