Motion: Duvivier - To approve 88-142-DR with the following conditions: 1) Approve plans 2A & 2B as submitted. 2) Lower the roof heights on plans 1A & 3A to be within the height envelope; the chimneys may exceed the height envelope. Motion: Stumpf - To approve 88-J.50-TM/R, which deletes condition 1J requiring a 3' D.G. pathway, with the following conditions: 1) The applicant shall remove all of the existing D.G. pathways. 2) The applicant shall provide services to replace the D.G. pathway with asphalt sidewalk at cost to the homeowners if the individual homeowners so desire.
