Motion: Tutoli - To approve the minutes for the meeting
of July 19, 1988, excluding item 5 with the following
revision:
Item 6B - Revise condition 4 to read as follows: "A
covenant shall be recorded for each lot stating that each
property owner would be responsible for maintaining the
landscaping of his individual lot including the slopes."

Motion: DuVivier - To approve 88-204-MIN with the
following additional conditions:
. 1. That the landscaping be extended down the east slope
with a variety of trees, such as (but not limited to)
Canary pine or Aleppo Pine, that will be tall enough
(minimum of 30-50 ft. high at mature growth and a
minimum of 15 gal.) to screen and soften the
appearance of the subject structure. The selection
and placement shall be reviewed and approved by
Staff;
2. This permit shall be deemed withdrawn if the
structure is converted to a living space that is
regularly occupied overnight, or if cooking or
bathing and/or showering facilities are added therein
without first being authorized by the appropriate
permits.
