The Fire Department shall address the issue of sprinkler systems in the barn structures, the Fire Department shall require sprinklers if it is deemed 8 appropriate; 3. Staff shall review the location of the drainage swail in relation to the proposed court and recreation trail, and the approved grading on the surrounding lots; 4. The applicant shall submit lighting plans if lighting is proposed; and 5.
