APPROVAL OF ACTION MINUTES MOTION: by Tutoli; Seconded by DuVivier to approve the Action Minutes of the meeting of November 3, 1987; voted on as follows: Ayes: Trujillo, DuVivier, Fernald, Tutoli Absent: Bobbit 6. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. CASE NUMBER: 87-036-TMRV (TM4400-RPL-REV) and 87-036-EIA APPLICANT: Rheingold, Inc. LOCATION: East of Lone Jack Road, South of Dove Hollow Road, North of Fortuna Ranch Road. DESCRIPTION: Tentative Subdivision Map Revision for 58 single family dwelling lots and three open space lots of 148 8 acres in the RR.5 zone; and consideration of a proposed negative declaration for grading of lots, interior circulation, grading of roads, and relocation of open space. DL/sd/CAB3-3243(12-2-87-2) Board of Zoning Administration conditionally approved a time extension of the subdivision map pending approval of a revised map, addressing their concerns, by the Community Advisory Board. An Environmental Impact Report was 8 certified as for the previous map (TM 4400). - Continued from the meeting of November 3, 1987 - MOTION by DuVivier, seconded by Fernald to continue 87- 036-TMRV to December 8, 1987 to allow staff additional time for additional review; voted on as follows: Ayes: Trujillo, DuVivier, Fernald, Tutoli Absent: Bobbitt B. CASE NUMBER: 87-108-TPM APPLICANT: Robert E. Anderson LOCATION: Rancho Santa Fe Road, between Olive Crest and Santa Catalina. DESCRIPTION: Tentative Parcel Map Application for the subdivision of 3.11 gross acres (2.75 net acres) into four parcels of approximately, .71, .69, .68, .80 & .91 gross acres in the RR-2 zone. MOTION: by Tutoli, seconded by DuVivier, to continue 87- 8 108-TPM to the meeting of December 8, 1987 to allow for further staff review; voted on as follows: Ayes: Trujillo, DuVivier, Fernald, Tutoli Absent: Bobbitt C. CASE NUMBER: 87-124-DR APPLICANT: West Coast Drafting LOCATION: 243 Avenida Esperanza DESCRIPTION: Design Review application to allow a single family residence to exceed the city-wide interim height regulations in the RR-2 zone.
