."') RESOLUTION NO. 90-28
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT
ACCEPTING NO CONNECTION FEES UNTIL
AFTER ORDINANCE 90-02 GOES INTO
EFFECT UNLESS THE PERSON CONNECTING
TO THE DISTRICT IS WILLING TO PAY $3,700.
WHEREAS, the Cardiff Sanitation District has committed to
increase its capacity at the San Elijo Water Pollution Control
Facility; and
WHEREAS, the Cardiff Sanitation District Board has determined
that the cost for all new connections to pay for this commitment
is $3,700; and
WHEREAS, the Board has taken the necessary action to increase
the connection fee to $3,700;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DETERMINED, that
no new connection will be accepted into the District until
Ordinance 90-02 goes into effect, unless the person connecting to
the District is willing to pay a connection fee of $3,700.
. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of May, 1990 by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Gaines, Hano, Ornsted, Shea, Slater
