IN COMPLIANCE
The Director of the Planning and Community Development Department
has determined that the parcel. of real property described below
has resulted from a boundary adjustment in compliance with the
Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the City of Encinitas
Municipal Code.
This Certificate of Compliance is adjusting the lot described
