IN COMPLIANCE
The Director of the Planning and Community Development Department
has determined that the parcel of real property described below
has been divided or has resulted from a division in compliance with
the Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the City of
Encinitas Municipal Code.
It has been determined that the subject property meets the
standards for nonconforming lots pursuant to Section 30.76.080 of
the City of Encinitas Municipal Code. The resulting lot of 10,669
sq. ft. will be substandard for the Zoning Ordinance requirement
for NET area (14,500 sq. ft.) in the R-3 Use Regulation as of this
date, but consistent with nonconforming standards referenced above.
