RESOLUTION NO. OE-2
A RESOLUTION OF THE OLD ENCINITAS CAB
8 DENYING VARIANCE APPLICATION V87-051
WHEREAS, an application for a variance from the front yard
setback requirements of Zoning Ordinance section 4810 (a.) was
filed by Andy Zimbalist for a single family dwelling located at
181 La Mesa Avenue; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted on the application on
May 21, 1987; and
WHEREAS, the CAB considered:
1. The Staff Report dated May 21, 1987;
2. The plot plans and elevations received April 23, 1987;
3. Oral information submitted at the hearing; and
8 4. Written information submitted at the hearing;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Variance Application
V87-051 is hereby denied.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 1987, by the following
vote, to wit:
Ayes: TOBIAS, ROLLMAN, COUGLAR, HANO, KAUFLIN
Nays: NONE
Absent: NONE
