RESOLUTION NO. OE-l
A RESOLUTION OF THE OLD ENCINITAS CAB
. APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO A SITE PLAN APPROVAL
FOR A PROFESSIONAL OFFICE BUILDING LOCATED AT
THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF 2ND AND I STREETS
WHEREAS, a request for a modification to site plan S85-
063 to allow an existing telephone pole and two eucalyptus trees to
remain was filed by Jim Staver of Torrey Pacific Development; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted on the application on
May 7, 1987; and
WHEREAS, the CAB considered:
1. The applicants' letter requesting the modification, dated
April 22, 1987;
2. Staff report dated May 7, 1987;
3. Oral information submitted at hearing; and
4. Written information submitted at hearing.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the modification to site
8 plan approval S85-063 is hereby approved subject to the following
conditions:
1. That condition B(l) be deleted.
2. That condition B(2) be modified to read: "Use standard
driveway on 2nd Street and alley." only.
