IN COMPLIANCE:
The Director of Community Development of the City of Encini tas has
determined that the parcel of real property described below has been
di vided or has resulted from a division in compliance with the
Subdi vision Map Act and with provisions of the City of Encini tas
Municipal Code.
It has been determined that the subject property meets the standards
of conforming lots, pursuant to Section 30.20.010 of the City of
Encinitas MuniCipal Code. This Certificate of Compliance permanently
consolidates the lots as described in Exhibit "B" (attached) for
purposes of development. This certificate is to permit a commercial
use ("Olson's Car Wash and Quick Lube")and related parking facilities
located on Assessor Parcel Nos. 259-550-11 and 12. The property
owner may apply to re-subdivide the property at a future time in
compliance with the City of Encinitas Subdivision Ordinance and the
California State Map Act should the lot consolidation no longer be
required.
