Motion: Board Member Tobias - To continue 89-230 V to
November 30,1989 to allow City Council time for consideration
of proposed R-15 zoning amendment permitting 10 ft. streets ide
setback, which would ultimately eliminate requirement for
varlance.

8. ITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT CALENDAR BY COKHUNITY ADVISORY
BOARD
. Resolution No. OE89-24, Case No. 89-211 SPRO: condition #1 -
substitute "...a directory sign" for "an alternate directory
sign" to be approved by the Community Advisory Board.
Resolution No. OE89-25, Case No. 88-348 MINjDR: staff to
review tape for clarification of street tree requirement and
report back November 30, 1989.
Minutes from meeting of September 28, 1989 to make corrections
noted under two resolutions noted above.

Advisory Board to be held November 30, 1989.
