CHARACTERISTICS AND OBJECTIVES UNIOUE TO THE COMMUNITY.
Mark steyaert - Letter regarding CAB review of Moonlight Beach
Master Plan.
. Motion: Peter Tobias - to designate Mark steyaert to present
letter to Planning Commission and City Council on
behalf of the Old Encinitas CAB, with the change of
the word "rule" to "determine" on page 2.
